We were asked by a future visitor who is coming in to Ski Utah for the first time about certain issues not previously addressed on our directory. So, on Dec 18th, we added this page of Utah info. We hope it answers some of your questions that we missed earlier.
Here's A Situation... You are flying in late, and you are either renting a condo in the Salt Lake Valley or staying up one of our Cottonwood Canyons near Alta or Snowbird Ski Resort. Since, there are no stores for grocery shopping up either of these canyons, you will need to find a 24 hour grocery store in the valley before you drive up to your lodging facility. Don't Worry One Bit... The Salt Lake Valley has over 52 large, major grocery stores by the names of Dan's, Albertsons, Smiths & Harmons. Two locations that are very close to our canyons before you drive up to our Salt Lake Ski Resorts are Dan's Foods on 2029 East 7000 South and the other is about five minutes south east of this store which is Smith's at 3470 East 7800 South. In Park City... You will see an Albertsons Food Store at 1800 Park Ave. Child Care Services While You Ski Utah...
